Refund Processing

Approved refunds shall be processed to the original source of payment used for the transaction.

Refunds will generally be initiated within 7 working days from the date of approval of the refund request. Actual credit timelines may vary depending on the payment gateway, banking institution, card issuer, or financial service provider.
