Cancellation Policy

At Adepts Advanced Solutions, we strive to deliver high-quality software, consulting, website development, ERP implementation, and digital services. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms applicable to project cancellations, service subscriptions, and support engagements.
1. Project Cancellation by Client
Clients may request cancellation of a project by providing written notice through email.
Before Project Commencement
If cancellation is requested before work has commenced, any advance payment received may be refunded after deducting applicable payment gateway, banking, and administrative charges.
After Project Commencement
Once project planning, design, development, consultation, configuration, or implementation activities have begun, payments made shall be non-refundable. Any completed work, deliverables, licenses, or resources allocated up to the cancellation date shall be chargeable.
2. Website Development Services
For website design and development projects:
Advance payments are non-refundable once project work has commenced.
Any completed milestones shall be billed and payable.
Domain registration, hosting, premium themes, plugins, third-party services, API subscriptions, and software licenses purchased for the project are non-refundable.
3. Odoo ERP Consulting and Implementation
For Odoo consulting, implementation, customization, migration, training, and support services:
Fees paid for completed consulting sessions, implementation work, training, or support services are non-refundable.
Any third-party software licenses, subscriptions, or Odoo license fees are subject to the cancellation and refund policies of the respective providers.
4. Software and Plugin Licenses
Software products, plugins, extensions, digital downloads, and license keys delivered electronically are non-refundable once delivered or activated, except where required by applicable law.
5. AMC and Support Services
Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), support retainers, and recurring service agreements may be cancelled by providing written notice.
Services already rendered up to the cancellation date shall remain payable. Any unused portion of prepaid support services may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Adepts Advanced Solutions.
6. Subscription Services
Where recurring subscriptions are offered, clients may cancel future renewals at any time. Cancellation will stop future billing but will not result in refunds for the current billing period.
7. Cancellation by Adepts Advanced Solutions
We reserve the right to cancel or suspend services in cases including but not limited to:
Non-payment of invoices
Violation of agreed terms
Abusive or inappropriate conduct
Requests that violate applicable laws or regulations
In such cases, any fees due for work already completed shall remain payable.
8. Refund Processing
Where a refund is approved, it shall be processed through the original payment method wherever possible. Refund processing timelines may vary depending on the payment provider, banking institution, and payment method used.
