Do not misuse our services (e.g., spamming, sending unlawful content, violating WhatsApp Commerce or Payment Policies).

4. Payments & Subscriptions

Some Services require advance payment or subscription fees.
All payments are processed securely via third-party gateways (e.g., Razorpay, UPI).
Fees once paid are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and designs displayed are the property of Adepts unless otherwise specified.

7. Limitation of Liability

For payment and WhatsApp integrations, liability is limited to the extent required by law and only to the amount paid for the specific Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, India.
